Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of Crystal Services Inc. ("Crystal") related to all industrial hoisting, equipment transport, storage, and installation services performed in accordance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety legislation (the "Services"). The quotation provided herein (the "Quote"), and the related prices are subject to [?] (the "Customer") acceptance of the Terms.

2. Availability

Crystal's equipment and personnel are subject to availability until confirmed in writing by both the Customer and Crystal. A detailed purchase order ("Purchase Order") must be received and approved by Crystal forty-eight (48) hours prior to the requested Services start date.

4. Mobilization and/or Demobilization

Transportation pricing quotes are based on performing the Services under normal road conditions. Prices may be subject to escalation at Crystal's sole discretion due to road bans, weather, or traffic incidents.

5. Delays

Delays caused by circumstances beyond Crystal's control may result in additional charges for labor and equipment.

6. Additional Work

Any additional work outside the initial scope will be billed on a time and materials basis unless a written quote is provided before the work begins.

7. Hazardous Materials

Crystal will not be responsible for handling hazardous materials, including chemicals, asbestos, lead paint, or silica.

8. Accuracy of Quote

The provided Quote is based on the Customer's information at the time of estimation and may be subject to change.

9. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid within fifteen (15) days. A 50% deposit is required for customers without a prior credit application.

10. Taxes

All applicable Federal and Provincial Taxes in Alberta will be charged in addition to the quoted price.

Crystal's liability is limited to the extent of the Services provided and does not cover indirect or incidental damages.

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act (Alberta).

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta.

18. Amendments

Crystal reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified in writing of any changes.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Crystal Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
