Crystal Services is strongly focused on maintaining the highest Health and Safety level for our employees and customers at all times. Our HSE program provides employees with the procedure and training necessary to perform their jobs in a safe manner and to be safety conscious.
The Partners in Injury Reduction Program (PIR) encourages the development of effective workplace health, safety and disability management programs in Alberta. Companies entering the PIR program work towards attaining a Certificate of Recognition (COR). A COR indicates that an employer has implemented a health and safety program that meets the standards established by their Certifying Partner and Employment and Immigration Partnerships Program. The Alberta Safety Council (ASC) is a certifying partner for all industries.

Crystal Services HSE Program complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We follow a concept of continual improvement and make the best use of our management resources in all quality matters. We take due care to ensure that all activities are safe for employees, customers, suppliers and any other parties who come into contact with our work. We have adopted a forward-looking view on future business decisions that may affect safety. Crystal Services trains the staff in the needs and responsibilities of the HSE Management and offers a Safety Reward Program to employees.
We ensure that out employees have the proper tools and training to accomplish their job.
There are always at least three employees in the shop during regular business hours that have First Aid/CPR training; two emergency first aiders and one standard first aider. First aid supplies are kept on site and are in full compliance to Provincial and Legislative requirements.

Crystal Services will provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace in accordance to industry standards and in compliance with Legislative requirements. Our paramount objecting is to minimize and control workplace hazards and to reduce personal injury and property loss. Crystal Services recognizes the importance of protecting the environment and the need to integrate environmental priorities in the planning and execution of its operations. Operations will be conducted within a safe work environment and with due consideration to any environmental impacts. Safety shall never be compromised in the name of productivity.
